Linda Davis, Team Leader was licensed as a real estate agent in 1977 and earned her broker’s license in 1986. She has helped hundreds of families with their real estate needs. Linda specializes in corporate and military relocation and new construction properties.
Tisha Ladia and Jenifer Roberts Philpot are buyer specialists and listing partners on our team. They will meet with you to determine specific housing needs and budgets, discuss home styles, availability, and location. They can provide you with school reports, area information and arrange for a mortgage pre-approval. Tisha and Jenifer will keep you apprised of new listings as they come available through their automated home finder service.
Kerry Philpot joined the team in 2001 as Client Care Manager. Kerry is responsible for client follow-up and transaction coordination. She provides community information for buyers and schedules & follows up on showing appointments. She also takes your calls when we are out of the office.
Earl Davis serves as administrative support and computer specialist. He keeps our computers running and is on call for technical support. He also places and maintains our For Sale signs, lock boxes and brochure boxes. Earl oversees our vacant bank foreclosure and relocation properties.
